Our Sticky Toffee Cupcakes are made with a squidgy sticky date cake, slathered with caramel toffee and finished with very vanillary buttercream. The Banoffee Cupcake is our take on the local dessert; a banana and cinnamon cake, covered in caramel toffee and finished with vanilla buttercream. Our Coffee Praline Cupcakes are made with a coffee and praline cake and iced with luscious coffee buttercream.
Fling is an award-winning Toffee Vodka produced by Ditchling Spirits and is made with the finest UK-sourced grain spirit, carefully blended with delicious toffee, dates and rum, giving it a sweet smooth & silky taste.
